i.e.- not crappy photoshop effects on bad edits and such..

2. I use MS paint, or Photoshop if I feel like it.

3. No I will NOT trace on a screen shot of /insert whatever animu here/ cause I don't feel like getting bitched at.

4. Requests are open to friends only

7. Don't ask me to make a base out of one of my pictures on or from somebody Else's picture somewhere just because you like it. It's not gonna happen and no one has permission to use my pictures for bases or dolls or some shit unless I say otherwise.

11. I wanna see effort when you edit my base. shitty straight line tooling and flat fills really don't cut it. do some real editing like you're doing a commission or something :T They aren't here to be used like nothing.
